Easy Returns
We will email you Return Labels or a delivery person will come to your house to pick up the package, we will inspect it in our warehouse and, if everything is packaged in its original state (plastics, labels, protections, cardboard...) we will refund inmediately. If the return is due to a technical problem in the suitcase, we will bear any return costs, but if it is an unjustified return or a mere change of mind by the customer we have to charge (between €7 to 9€ depending on the country)

He comprado esta maleta y la verdad es que me ha sorprendido para bien. Es muy original y moderna, diferente a las demás que es lo que buscaba, sobre todo por el detalle de las ruedas tipo skate, que le dan un toque diferente y llamativo.
En cuanto a la calidad, no es de gama alta, pero está bastante bien y cumple perfectamente su función. Se nota resistente y práctica para viajar.
Lo único que echo en falta es que viniera con algún complemento original (como es la maleta) para poner el nombre y el teléfono,(no la dirección) por si la maleta se extravía en algún viaje l
En general, me parece una maleta muy buena, bonita y funcional, con un diseño moderno que la hace destacar frente a otras. Estoy contenta con la compra.

Efectivamente no incluimos ninguna etiqueta para poner los datos de domicilio porque honestamente no recomendamos 'airear' o 'desvelar' los datos personales, por si acaso.
Si quieres tranquilidad en el caso de que se pueda perder una maleta, recomendamos hacerla una foto. Con esa foto (en el caso de pérdida) los trabajadores de localización de maletas de aeropuertos lo tienen más fácil.
Dicho eso, de verdad muchas gracias por tomarte tu tiempo, es un privilegio tratar con clientes que aportan con esa corrección que has mostrado.
