Easy Returns
We will email you Return Labels or a delivery person will come to your house to pick up the package, we will inspect it in our warehouse and, if everything is packaged in its original state (plastics, labels, protections, cardboard...) we will refund inmediately. If the return is due to a technical problem in the suitcase, we will bear any return costs, but if it is an unjustified return or a mere change of mind by the customer we have to charge (between €7 to 9€ depending on the country)
