Returns Policy

WE COLLECT WHEN AND WHERE YOU SAY - OR EMAIL YOU A RETURN LABEL

Returns are very easy, we will either email you a Return label or a delivery person will pick up the product where and when you tell us.

PLEASE USE THE SAME ORIGINAL BOX

For Europe, we should receive it in our warehouse within 3 days.  We review it and make the refund to the same means of payment method you used.

Remember to pack it in the same original box with all its plastics, protections, carton labels, etc …

ONLY 1 RETURN EVERY 300 ORDERS

It’s weird that you don’t like one of our suitcases when you have it in front of you, but hey, sometimes these things happen, right?

We have a very low percentage of returns, only 1 in every 300 orders approximately.

After 11 years manufacturing them, we know that our suitcases like and surprise a lot, we think you will not regret it

WE ONLY CHARGE 9€ FOR UNJUSTIFIED RETURNS

If it were a technical problem with the product, the return is absolutely FREE for you and we will obviously exchange the product urgently.

But in the case of unjustified returns we do have to charge 9€ for transport.  When we issue the refund, we will deduct this 9€. For example, if the suitcase cost you 90€, the return will be 81€ 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS IN TRANSIT

Would you like to cancel an order that has already been shipped but not yet delivered? You can do so. However, please note that once an order has been dispatched and is in transit within the indicated delivery timeframes (or with a reasonable delay of 1–2 days), cancelling it generates additional logistics costs (shipping and return).

In such cases and in accordance with applicable consumer regulations directive 2011/83/UE, these costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the total refund amount.  We recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can try to stop it in time. If it is no longer possible to cancel the shipment, you will need to refuse the delivery upon arrival. The partial refund will be processed once the order has been received back at our warehouse.
