All TOKYOTO LUGGAGE™ orders are shipped from Europe, that is, NO DUTIES PAID BY YOU EVER.

Delivery in 2-3 business daysif you live in Europe.

In 24-48 business hoursif you live in Spain or Italy (where we have warehouses)

In 6 business days if you live in UK. (No Duties Paid ever)

In 10 to 15 business days if you live in USA or Canada

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Dispatch is carried out by an international courier company.

To prevent any delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossible to find someone at home etc.) it is necessary to fill in the corresponding form correctly. You are advised to indicate a valid address and contact telephone.

Remember, we cannot deliver to military bases or PO boxes.

Orders will be delivered within three (3) to four (4) working days within United Kingdom and Europe (USA and Canada allow 10 to 15 working days).

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS IN TRANSIT

Would you like to cancel an order that has already been shipped but not yet delivered? You can do so. However, please note that once an order has been dispatched and is in transit within the indicated delivery timeframes (or with a reasonable delay of 1–2 days), cancelling it generates additional logistics costs (shipping and return).

In such cases and in accordance with applicable consumer regulations directive 2011/83/UE, these costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the total refund amount.  We recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can try to stop it in time. If it is no longer possible to cancel the shipment, you will need to refuse the delivery upon arrival. The partial refund will be processed once the order has been received back at our warehouse.
